History
When founder Henry Loukota took on his first project in 1960, little did he suspect that he was establishing the basis for the Central Blacktop Company of today! By February of 1961 he had incorporated the company and with a four wheel dump truck and a small roller, Hank was on his way. Having run heavy equipment as a Local 150 operator, driven an oil truck in the winters and been an over-the-road driver before that, Hank had a solid background in the business.

His mechanical knowledge came in no small part from his car and motorcycle racing days and from having been a gas station owner. It's still amazing though, that a "driveway guy" could get to where he is today.
